Can I Get A Refund?

Sorry it’s not possible, because all the funds you have sent will be allocated to produce hardware for bitcoin mining. It will make our finance department work twice.

Yes. We have started it ourselves with our previous investment. We have enough back up to enlarge our generation capacity. Our goal is to create best opportunities in the future for us and for our miners/investors.

Is there a possibility of this business being stopped by the government?

All possibilities are bound to exist. For that, we try to divide our mining to several countries under their different legal laws and we keep the mine locations with our largest capacity for public in anticipation of the worst of all possibilities.

Why make a new investment?

We see that, the crypto currency industry has become an industry ogled by many big companies and even governments of different countries are now open to new technological developments and as we have seen, this industry has proved its strong base in the last 5 years.

What will happen after the contract is over?

Daily mining returns will be discontinued under the contract except for the referral structural commissions we promised, you will still get it with or without opening a new contract. This membership is forever for you. If you want to start mining again then you can purchase a new contract in same account.

How to become a member?

Signing in the project, the member fully and unconditionally agrees with all the provisions of this Agreement.

The user's account number, password and security.

Once you have successfully registered as a member, you will have a password and a username.

The user will be responsible for the security of the user name and password. In addition, each user is responsible for all activities and events conducted with his or her username. You can change your password at any time.

If you find any illegal use of the user account or the existence of security vulnerabilities, please immediately notify the Company.

For the participation in the project you need to confirm that you are 18 years or above.

Each member may have only one account in the project. Upon detection of multi-account, the administrator reserves the right to block these accounts without a refund.

How to be a miner?

You can use the cloud mining option with us. You can rent the hardware we provide, the packages we offer from 0.005BTC to 100BTC.

How long will my hardware start working?

Once you transferred the funds to rent the hardware you will get a confirmation mail from our system. By same day or next day your mining system will start.

Why is my invoice showing pending confirmation?

When you send Bitcoin from your Bitcoin Wallet to the BTC address provided on the invoice it has to be verified by the network 6 times before it will be marked as confirmed and accepted. This process typically takes anywhere from 10 min up to 1 hour. Once we receive the 6th confirmation your invoice will be marked as paid automatically and your hardware will be allocated to the mining unit. In some cases it might take longer to get 6 confirmations if you are using a wallet that allows you to set a mining fee and this fee is zero it can take 3-4 hours. If you set the mining fee high (standard is .0001 BTC) you will get confirmations quickly.

We also have a redundancy system in place that will check the blockchain for transactions 3 times. So if you send Bitcoin to the address and it does not show up immediately we will try it again within the first 12 hours and then two more times within a 72 hour period. In 99% of cases the redundancy will catch the transaction and mark it paid so we will not investigate a transaction until the 72 hour window has passed. If 72 hours have passed then we suggest you to contact our technical staff to handle this error. We will manually look through the blockchain to rectify the issue.

What we are charging on withdrawal or using funds in either way?

You will receive daily returns and other perks after 10% deductions in your Sap Mining wallet. This deduction includes your Mining Hardware Maintenance and transaction charges which we receive from mining farm on each day end. There is no other charge on withdrawal.


Withdrawal will be given to you in same processor which you had chosen to send funds. Mostly we release withdrawal in bitcoin only. There is no restriction of withdrawal limit. You can withdraw anytime from your wallet.

How much time do we take to release withdrawal?

Once you send the withdrawal order, we take 3-4 hours in releasing to your account that you have mentioned with us and so we advise you to check all your details carefully at the time of registration.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

You can withdraw minimum $1 from your account and maximum has no limit.
